Our mission is to provide our clients with innovative tools and client support for managing the transformation of energy and power systems.

History

ProsumerGrid, Inc. is an award-winning company with its roots and origins from the Georgia Institute of Technology. The Company was created after three of the principals participated in the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program, where they identified the need for next generation planning tools as massive amounts of distributed energy resources were going to be added to the grid.

ProsumerGrid has been the winner of several completions: the ACC Clean Energy Business Plan, the Southeast Region Clean Tech Open, an Awardee of the 2019 New York State 76West Clean Energy Competition, 2023 DistribuTECH Duke Energy Innovation of the Year Award, 2023 Vermont Delta Clime Award and 2023 TechStars prize.

The Grid+DER Planning Studio™ is a simulation and optimization planning platform that has been successfully used for complex studies for grid redesign, hosting capacity, energy scheduling, microgrid design and DER implementations.
